I worked with Retail Business Services of Ahold-Delhaize as an Experience Designer on their internal R&D innovation team before joining production applications.
I was also primarily responsible for conducting several feedback surveys, data analytics read outs, competitive design analysis, and presentations of research to stakeholders.
Redesigned mobile apps and websites
My involvement in the Agile production teams contributed to the successful launch of over 5 websites and applications: internal and external. I was also deeply involved in providing research, wireframes, prototypes, and surveys for the relaunch of the northeast region supermarket mobile applications.
